More photos!

Well its Friday, so thats good.  It was busy at work and nothing special happened.  Nothing too stressful though.

Here are the photos for the day.

 

This lil guy decided to hop on the Blackberry and join me. 

Its a chain link fence.  Taken wide open, you can see how razor thin the depth of field is.  The links themselves are in focus but even the pole/support is slightly blurred.  This effect sorta of has a 3D look to it.

The Bokeh (out of focus blur) on this cheap glass is decent, although nothing close to the creamy dreamy expensive glass.  This however is still pleasing.

I stopped by a dead end and saw this combine.  I usually never have gotten too close to these before.  So I took some snaps.  This was a smaller one than I have seen before.

Thats about it for the day, nothing really special happened... it was a good day though.  I think the 50 is holding up well and the D700 is probably pushing the resolve of the glass to its limits.
